Pillar Growth
Grow your clinic from the record you already keep
Most clinic marketing runs in a separate tool that knows nothing about who was treated, with what, and when. Pillar Growth runs off the same clinical record as the diary, so recalls, reactivation and campaigns reflect what actually happened in the treatment room.
Who this page is for
- Clinics tracking enquiries in a phone inbox or a spreadsheet
- Owners who know clients are lapsing but cannot see who or when
- Practitioners who want recalls to fire from real treatment history
- Clinics running vouchers, referrals or memberships by hand
- Anyone paying for a separate CRM that never sees clinical data
Why clinics move growth into the clinical system
Retention in aesthetics is a timing problem, not a creative one. The right message depends on the treatment given and the interval since it — information that only the clinical record holds.
Enquiries go cold in an inbox
An enquiry that is never assigned, chased or closed looks identical to one that converted. A pipeline makes the difference visible.
Lapsed clients are invisible
Without segmentation on treatment history, the only clients you contact are the ones who contact you first.
Duplicate and unwanted sends
Two tools with two contact lists means clients hear the same thing twice, or hear from you after opting out.
What Pillar Growth does today
Everything listed here is shipped and running in the app. Nothing on this page describes planned work.
Lead pipeline
Capture enquiries, assign an owner, move them through stages and see the activity timeline against the client record they become.
Segments from treatment history
Build audiences from what clients were actually treated with and when, rather than from tags typed in by hand.
Recalls and reactivation
Recall clients at the right interval for their treatment, and run reactivation for those who have quietly stopped booking.
Campaigns with permission checks
Email and SMS campaigns pass through a central consent and contactability check, with audience previews and send thresholds before anything goes out.
Waitlist, referrals and vouchers
Fill cancellations from the waitlist, track referrals between clients, and issue and redeem gift vouchers at the till.
Reviews and memberships
Request reviews after treatment, and run recurring memberships with a clinic credit ledger applied at checkout.
Growth automations
Trigger-based automations with duplicate-send protection, so a client is not chased twice for the same thing.
Questions to ask any clinic CRM
Third-party product capability and pricing change over time. Use these questions with any supplier you are considering, including us, and confirm answers against a live demonstration.
| Question to ask | PillarClinic | What to check with the other vendor |
|---|---|---|
| Does the marketing tool read real treatment history, or only tags? | Segments are built directly from treatments recorded in the clinical record. | Ask the vendor |
| Where is marketing consent stored, and is it enforced at send time? | One permission layer filters every automated email and SMS before it is sent. | Ask the vendor |
| What stops the same client being contacted twice? | Automations carry duplicate-send protection and per-run send thresholds. | Ask the vendor |
| Can you preview exactly who will receive a campaign? | Audience preview shows the resolved recipient list before you send. | Ask the vendor |
| Do you send from your own clinic sender identity? | Email and SMS use your own clinic sender, configured in settings. | Ask the vendor |
| What happens to the data if you leave? | Clients, treatments and communications are exportable from the clinic account. | Ask the vendor |
UK aesthetics considerations
Growth activity in an aesthetics clinic sits close to regulated territory. Pillar Growth keeps marketing permission distinct from clinical consent and applies it at the moment of sending.
- Marketing consent recorded separately from clinical consent
- Prescription-only treatments are never advertised in campaign content by default
- SMS sent from your registered clinic sender identity
- Opt-out honoured across every channel and automation
- Retention periods apply to marketing records as well as clinical ones
How a growth cycle runs
- 1
Enquiry arrives
A web enquiry, phone call or walk-in is captured as a lead with a source.
- 2
Assigned and chased
An owner picks it up, logs contact attempts and moves it through the pipeline.
- 3
Converted to a booking
The lead becomes a client record and an appointment, keeping its attribution.
- 4
Treated and recorded
The treatment, products and interval land on the clinical record.
- 5
Recall scheduled
A recall is set from the treatment interval, not a generic calendar rule.
- 6
Reactivation if quiet
Clients past their expected interval enter reactivation with consent checked.
- 7
Measured
Rebooking, retention and revenue movement are reported in Pillar Insights.

Questions clinics ask
- Is Pillar Growth a separate product I have to buy?
- No. It is part of PillarClinic and runs on the same client and treatment records as the diary and clinical notes.
- Are Meta Lead Ads and other ad platforms supported?
- Lead capture, attribution and the enquiry pipeline are shipped. Individual advertising-platform connections are configured per clinic in the integrations area, and you should confirm the specific connection you need during a demo rather than assume it from this page.
- How do you stop clients being messaged after they opt out?
- Every automated email and SMS passes through one central permission check before sending, and opt-out applies across channels and automations.
- Can I see who a campaign will reach before sending?
- Yes. Audience preview resolves the recipient list, and a maximum send threshold can stop an unexpectedly large run.
- Does growth data affect the clinical record?
- No. Marketing activity is recorded alongside the client, but clinical notes, consent and prescribing remain separate and are not editable from growth tools.
