PillarClinic Founding 10
Ten UK aesthetic clinics. Built with us, not marketed at.
We are choosing ten clinics to run PillarClinic properly — bookings, clinical records, consent, compliance and payments — and to shape what gets built next. In return you get founder pricing, supported onboarding and migration help.
Watch the programme
A short walkthrough of what founding clinics run day to day and what the programme commits to.
Who this is for
- UK aesthetic clinics treating clients now, not planning to open later.
- Owners, clinical directors or practice managers who can make the decision.
- Clinics frustrated with their current software, spreadsheets or paper.
- Clinics that care about consent, records and CQC-style evidence.
- Clinics willing to give honest, structured feedback.
Founding clinic benefits
Founder pricing, agreed in writing
A founder rate set when you join and held for the full price-lock period shown below, whatever the published price does.
Supported onboarding
We configure services, practitioners, booking, forms and consent with you rather than handing you a blank system.
Migration assistance
Your existing clients, appointments and history are mapped and dry-run through the Pillar Migration Centre before anything is committed.
Direct roadmap influence
Structured feedback sessions where what you raise is triaged and prioritised in the open.
Early access to new modules
New clinical, growth and compliance work reaches founding clinics first.
Named as a founding clinic
Only if you want it. Nothing is published about your clinic without separate written approval.
What we ask in return
- • Use PillarClinic as your clinic's day-to-day system, not as a side experiment.
- • Give structured feedback on what works and what does not.
- • Join occasional onboarding and review calls.
- • Tell us early when something is wrong so we can fix it.
What this is not
- • Not free. Founding clinics pay a founder rate.
- • Not a custom build — the roadmap is shared across all clinics.
- • No guarantee of a place. Ten places, individually reviewed.
- • No case study, testimonial or logo use without your separate written permission.
How the process works
- Step 1. Apply in about 90 seconds. If it looks like a fit, we'll learn the detail on a short founder call.
- Step 2. We review each application individually against fit, timing and readiness.
- Step 3. A short call or walkthrough if it looks like a match.
- Step 4. Acceptance and a written founder agreement.
- Step 5. Guided setup, then migration through the Migration Centre.
- Step 6. Activation, then structured feedback and — only with permission — evidence.
Onboarding, stage by stage
What happens after you are accepted. Timings are typical rather than contractual — they move with your clinic's diary and the size of your migration.
Acceptance and founder agreement
Week 0
Your founder rate, term and what each side commits to are confirmed in writing before any setup work starts.
Guided configuration
Week 1
We set up your clinic together: services and pricing, practitioners and rotas, booking rules, intake forms and consent templates.
Migration dry run
Week 1–2
Clients, appointments and history are mapped in the Migration Centre and dry-run so you can check the results before anything is committed.
Go live
Week 2–3
Bookings, records, payments and communications move across for real, with support on hand during your first live clinic days.
Activation review
Week 4
We walk your first month together — what is being used, what is being avoided and what needs changing — and agree the fixes.
Feedback and evidence
Ongoing
Regular structured feedback into the roadmap. Any metric, quote or case study stays private unless you approve it in writing.
Apply for a founding place
Apply in about 90 seconds. If it looks like a fit, we'll learn the detail on a short founder call. Applying does not commit you to anything, and does not guarantee a place.
