- Is PillarClinic suitable for a solo injector?
- Yes. A single practitioner can run the diary, consent, records, prescribing and aftercare on the Pro plan without adding staff accounts.
- Can I move my existing client list across?
- Yes. The Migration Centre imports clients and appointments from a CSV export, with column mapping, validation and a per-row result log before anything is written.
- Where is clinic data stored and who can see it?
- Each clinic's records are isolated from every other clinic on the platform, enforced by database-level access rules rather than interface checks alone. Access within your clinic is controlled by role.
- Does it replace my card payments?
- It works alongside them. There is a till with card reader support, payment links and invoices, connected to your own Stripe account so payouts go to you.
